Chocolate Tarte is sinful. A dark chocolate ganache is poured into a thin crust and let to set naturally. In the summer we have raspberry or strawberry too. $14.99 for large and $4.99 for small
Frangipane is a Belgian almond tarte. In the fall we bake pears into the tarte and in the summer we place fresh seasonal berries on top of it. Price varies according to fruits.
St Honore cake is by far one of the finest french desserts ever created. We make our own pastry for this delicacy and use only real cream in it. It was created in honor of the patron saint of pastry and represents his crown.
