We currently make a 100% organic whole grain spelt bread using locally grown spelt.  It is available on Saturdays or by special order.  We do  not do a gluten free bread. We are sensitive to people with allergies and cross contamination could result due to the high amounts of flour in the bakery and the ovens.  In order to do a gluten free bread we would need a separate facility or be a completely gluten free bakery.  I am sorry!</description>
