Breads

Here is what breads we have featured these days.  Please note that these breads rotate during the week but are always available on Saturdays

Whole Grain Multigrain—By far one of the most popular.  We use Organic Whole Grain Whole Wheat and then Jam it full of 7 organic grains.

Pain Levain—A beautiful Artisan Round loaf.  This bread is made using a sourdough starter and contains no yeast.

Whole Grain Rye—We have combined the irresistible taste and goodness of our whole grain wheat with whole grain rye.  This is available in a small loaf size and is perfect for a couple or single person.

Epi—our little french stick.  She is made up of small little leaves joined together to form a perfect stick.  We dare you to get this home in one piece!

Olive Fougasse—a southern french olive bread that looks like a tree.  This is a great bread for pulling apart and dipping.

Flax Raisin Walnut—okay so this is Aura’s favourite and she never gets to take one home because it sells out so quickly. 

Rosemary Foccacia—A classic Italian Bread.  Made with pure olive oil and fresh rosemary.

Schiacciata con l’uvaFoccacia’s less famous brother.  Instead of Rosemary we have added fennel and sweet grapes.

Brioche—This light egg bread melts in your mouth.  We have made it the classic french way using lots of butter….this is our Saturday special.  Better come early cause it sells out fast!

100 mile organic Spelt.  The only 100 mile bread available in the area.  A wonderful alternative to tradtionaly wheat and easier to digest.  It is currently only offered on Saturdays or by special order (min  6) during the week.

    I visited your bakery for the first time this morning and bought your Epi French stick. It is simply divine!
