Your bakery looks yummalicious! I love baked goods and especially baked spaghetti. It’s the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted (steamed sprouts and trufflettes). I worked in a bakery way back when so I’m familiar with the ins and outs, the whys and wherefores of the whole shebang. It takes me back. I made my first bagel in Kitchener when I was 16 and I still have fond memories of it, and can look at it hung up on my bathroom wall whenever I want to ‘get a taste’ of the olden days. I miss ‘em hehe:) Do you guys sell croissants? I believe they’re yummy. Now deli sandwiches–out of this world! Hah like me! I’m from Mars.
