We make everything from scratch including our croissants. We use only the finest quality local and organic ingredients and do not use preservatives or artificial ingredients. We bake the old fashioned way – with butter, fresh milled flour, farm eggs and cane sugar. Many of the breads are naturally leavened and are dependent on a rye based starter that was developed from scratch. The bread process takes over 24 hours from start to finish.
We believe in supporting local farmers and the local food system. This means that we source our ingredients locally with a focus on organic food. This also means that we are excited to work with small, local businesses, buying clubs and farmers!
